Tim Visser

Tim Visser was the first Dutch rugby player to play professionally and is currently playing for Edinburgh Rugby in the RaboDirect Pro12 and the Heineken Cup. Visser is eligible to play for the Netherlands national rugby union team, but has opted not to do and has stated that he wishes to play for Scotland when he becomes eligible in June 2012.  He was also named as the RaboDirect Pro12’s tournament’s ‘Players’ Player of the Year’ at the annual presentation evening in Cardiff last night.
