Jamie Roberts

Wales secured their 20th Triple Crown on the weekend defeating England 19-12 so in honour of this feat, this week’s Player of the Week award goes to Welshman Jamie Roberts.  Despite suffering knee ligament damage five minutes into the victory against England, he continued to play until he was replaced at the start of the second half.  Currently playing for the Cardiff Blues, Jamie is also studying Medicine part-time at the University of Wales.

    Hi Irene
I have a suggestion for March Player of the Week. With the Japanese cup under his belt this weekend I think Todd Clever is a great choice…that and he kinda makes my heart race and my knees wobble. lol
Just a suggestion, I love seeing who you choose every month.
